Here at A CleanSlate we provide our clients with before and after pictures of their systems to ensure that all accessible areas were cleaned to NFPA required specifications.

An After Service Follow-up Report will be provided with documentation of date of service and services provided. A CleanSlate will inform the client in writing of any deficiencies within the system and recommendations for compliance of NFPA standards. This form is a report on the access and cleanability of exhaust system. It is meant to assist in making the system more fire safe and improve our service. We will place a Cleaning Certificate of Performance on or near the kitchen exhaust hood with the scheduled date of your next service.
